DryPatrol on Patrol
Our kitchen and basement was flooded from a pipe that had been drilled into during a home installation. DryPatrol arrived very fast and started the clean up right away. We had a lot of water damage and it took about a week for it to be cleaned and dry. Ryan was there everyday working hard to get it done. Ryan even came on a Sunday to gather up the dryers from the house when the floor was dry. I would recommend DryPatrol to anyone in need.”
New house / old carpets
When we bought our new house we just knew we were going to replace all of the carpets. It was really bad throughout the house and smelled just terrible. One of our new neighbors recommended we call this company and we were smart enough to do so. I’ll admit that at first I didn’t think it could be done and that these guys were just trying to sell me their service. We decided to give it a shot before investing money to replace carpets throughout the house. We’re so glad we did and the end result was simply amazing. You do a great job and provide an amazing service. Everyone think twice before replacing that old carpet. We’re glad that we did.

Thank you for being there for us and being so patient with us. We were very upset when water began coming in through our main drain in the basement. Not only did they do the job fantastic they were able to explain to us how we could avoid any problems in the future. Their service was the best!!!!
Pipe burst last Winter
We forgot to turn off our outside spigot last Winter and our pipe froze. When it burst water was everywhere and we thought for sure that it had ruined everything including our carpet. These guys were great and even saved our carpet and a lot of personal things that we had been storing. Highly recommended.
Drypatrol was great
When we came home from vacation and found about a foot of water in our basement we were mortified. Having never experienced anything like this we didn’t know where to turn. Luckily one of our friends referred us to Drypatrol and they were absolutely great. They walked us through the insurance process, cleaned our basement (actually better than it had been), and everyone in their crew was considerate and very friendly. Thanks so much for your help!
